Firstly cut the potatoes and boil it by adding salt and turmeric for 5 mins in vok.

Now,in a oil add black cumin seeds and green chillies.Saute it for while now strain the potatoes from water and add it in the oil. and keep the water aside.

After that add water, according to the sabzi consistency. After the potatoes tender finally add tamarind soaked water and turn off the flame.

Khatte Aloo ki sabzi is ready to serve hot with puri and luchi's.
