Besan me tamam masalay daal kar iska mixture tayyar karlen, dahi ko phent lein.

Oil me besan ke mixture se phulkiyan bana lein, fry until golden brown, phir isko nikal kar pani me daal dein, phir 2 min baad usko dry karke nikal lein

Ab bowl me phulkiyan rakhen, dahi, chane, pyaz, timator, hari michen, chaat masala sab add karen

Papri add karen or serve karen
