Chinese Bhel is a fast food item of Northeast indian origin. It's a variant of the American chop suey . It is also widely popular in Mumbai street food. Similar to Bhel puri, Chinese Bhel has sweet, tangy and spicy taste. This bhel is too delicious like a street style chaat snacks.

Steps

Firstly to prepare fried noodles. Boil 5 cup with salt and oil. Once water comes to boil add 1 pack noodles. Boil the noodles.

Drain off the noodles and pour cold water, sprinkle 1 tbsp cornflour powder and mix well.

Now heat oil and spread a handful of cooked noodles into hot oil. Repeat this in batches. Stir occasionally and fry the noodles both sides to golden brown and crisp.

Take all noodles and crushed slightly add keep aside.

Now prepare masala for bhel, heat 2 tbsp oil and saute garlic, onion, green chillies and spring onion slightly, then add all vegetables and saute till they are half cooked yet crunchy.

Now add Schezwan sauce, tomato sauce, red chilli sauce, green chilli sauce, salt, pepper and mix well on high flame.

Switch off the flame and transfer the mixture into fried noodles. Add spring onion and lime juice and mix well.

Finally serve Chinese Bhel immediately, garnish with mor spring onion.
