Gond Katira aka Tragacanth Gum- It has the immense cooling effects to the body, helps in the metabolism & highly rich in fiber & folic acids.
The 2nd main ingredient is the Raw Basil Seeds or Sabza- which’s different than the Chia Seeds (which’s a very common misconception that people bear in mind- considering it as the same), it also has the extremely beneficial cooling effects to our body- it does help in the gut-health, metabolisms...a rich source of the fibres, minerals & other sources of the healthy nutrients....
Both these ingredients play a pivotal role in enhancing the immunity in the Human Body & thus help us to maintain a balanced resistive approach in fighting out any diseases, whatsoever...!!!!

This is an absolute no-cook breakfast recipe - completely Satwik...& I’ve prepared it absolutely Vegan....

Soak both the Gond Katira & the Sabza Seeds for at least 2-3 hrs time min. More is best for them to bloat well enough...

Post blooming: This is how, each one of them look like... Kindly, refer to the pics aforementioned....for better clarity in ideas

Now, take a drinking glass/bowl/tumbler/pitcher- Ensure, whichever you take- that should be your breakfast platter, in which we just need to assemble our aforesaid ingredients by layering them, nicely

Firstly, goes in the bloomed Gond Katira, followed by the bloomed Sabza Seeds...tap the glass/bowl/tumbler well & spread it out evenly with a spoon

Now, add in the aforesaid Rose Syrup- mix it gently... followed by the milk (whichever you choose to use), then again mix it gently & not over mix the same...
