In a bowl mix all the ingredients and 25g butter to form a dough and mix for about 10mins

Rub the remaining 25g butter on the dough and knead for another 5mins

Beat the dough on your working space for about 5-10 mins till soft and fluffy

Spread and cut your dough with a doughnut cutter
- 5
Cut your papers or baking paper into pieces and dust them with flour
- 6
Keep your doughnuts on the paper and allow them to raise for 45-50mins
- 7
Deep Fry them on a low heat
- 8
Note: if the oil is too hot, your doughnuts will be half done.
