This recipe was created by my Phopho and she gave a name "motay Aloo k pakoray" because ye do br fry hoty hain to mien inko bulati hon " double fried Pakoray" ... Make it and enjoy another variety of Pakoras!
Steps

Peel and cut potatoes into thick dices then wash them. In a bowl add potato dices, onion slices, grated ginger.

Now add fresh chopped coriander leaves, salt, red Chilli powder, whole Coriander seeds and gram flour.

Add water and Mix well. Fry this batter in Pakoras shape in preheated oil. Once cook half done and let them out.

When you want to serve them then fry them again in preheated oil and fry till crispy. Double fried Pakoray is ready to serve.
