Schezwan corn bhel
Steps

In a flat pan, take oil and add unboiled corn and shallow fry till crispy. Keep them aside.

In a mixing bowl, take all the ingredients except sev and mix it well till the corn gets well coated
- 3
At the time of serving garnish it with some nylon sev and coriander.

Tip: You can also add spicy green chutney and sweet tamarind chutney instead of schezwan sauce
