1/2 cuptamarine
1fresh ginger
halfcup mint leaves
sugar to taste
flavor

Steps

Wash and boil the tamarind and leave to cool.

Crush the ginger and mint leaves and add to the boiled tamarind and sieve.

Add sugar and flavor and stir.
4

Refrigerate and serve chilled
