  • 1 tsp Raw honey
  • 3-4Black peppercorn
  • 1Cinnamon stick
  • 2-3Green cardamom
  • 1-2Black cardamom
  • 1 cupWater

    Boil water add black peppercorn, cinnamon,green n black cardamom.

    Don't boil too much other wise it will become very strong. Boil lightly.

    N then pour in mug add raw honey. Give this KEHWA in the morning before breakfast
