Steps

Soak moong and boil it with ginger, hing and a small pinch of turmeric.

Give 5-6 whistle. Let it cool. Blend it with a blender or in a mixer. Sieve it.

Now in a pan heat ghee. Add jeera, ajwain, hing and grated raw turmeric. Add boiled and strained moong soup./water.
- 4
Add black pepper powder. Add salt and give it a boil. Switch off the flame. Transfer it to a serving bowl
