Ingredients

Mixing and cutting time +preparation time
10-15 servings
  • 5 kgkaccha aam
  • 1 kgsalt
  • 2 tspHeeng powder
  • 2 tspJeera powder
  • 2 tspBlack pepper
  • 3-4 tablespoonsBlack salt
  • 2 tspMustard seeds
  • 1 litreMustard oil
  • 2-3 tablespoonsHaldi powder

Steps

Mixing and cutting time +preparation time
  1. 1

    Wash the raw mangoes and keep them dry properly. Cut into cubes and mix salt and heeng powder.

    Keep it in the sun. After one day mix all the spices with oil and cover with thin cloth and keep it in the sun for at least 4-5 days.
    Enjoy the achhar with your dishes for whole year.
