Ingredients

  • 100 gms Ginger
  • 25 gramswheat flour
  • 25 gramsurad flour
  • 150 gramsghee
  • 100 gramsjaggery
  • 50 gramscoconut

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash, peel and grate ginger. In the same pan, heat 2 tbsp ghee over medium flame.Add grated ginger and sauté for about 4 – 5 minutes on medium heat till golden brown. And keep aside.

    In the same pan add 2 tbsp ghee and heat on a medium flame and Add both the flours in hot Ghee and cook for 5 – 7 minutes.and shift the flour on the plate.

    Now In a pan add remaining ghee over medium flame.Add Jaggery, stir continuously until it melts.

    Add cooked flours coconut and Ginger, mix well.Shift the mixture into a plate. Gently press and spread Aadu Pak mixture evenly into the plate.take a knife and cut into small size pieces while the mixture is still hot.Keep aside and allow it to cool down to room temperature.
