In pan add oil, mince & ginger garlic paste cook on high flame till water evaporates..

Now add all seasoning, add finely chopped onion & cook on low flame for 15 min..

Grate carrots, cut spring onions finely add on cooked mince & cook gor 2 min..

Fill it in roll pattie when mince cools down..
