Steps

Boil water with sugar. When it dissolves, add lemon slices

Simmer on low flame for 10 min

Add lemon juice and salt. Simmer for another min or two

Turn off the flame and let it cool

Keep this syrup in airtight jar in fridge (along with the lemon slices)

Add 4-5 tbsp of this syrup in your glass and add cold water. Add ice and mint leaves.
