Steps

Roast the sesame seeds properly. Let it cool. Once it is cool, shift it to the mixie jar. Add some garlic cloves. Grind it

Add lemon juice, olive oil, and roasted jeera powder and salt. Grind it well.

Add boiled Kabuli chana. Add some water and make a fine paste.

Spread the Hummus. Pour the olive oil into a circle. Sprinkle with some red chili powder and coriander leaves. Serve with Falafel.
