Steps

Take a vessel and add moong, wash it and soak the moong for 4 hours.

Now, take a pressure cooker and boil the moong using water with low medium flame for 5-6 whistle.

Once it is cool then blend the moong with blender. And filter the grinded moong with stainer.

Now, take a vessel and add filtered grinded moong & add turmeric, salt, black pepper powder and cumin powder and mix it well. After that add jaggery in it.(if required add water)

For tempering : take a tadka pan and add ghee, asafoetida and cumin seeds once it is crackles then add it to soup.

Now, add lemon juice in soup. And boil it for 5 minutes.

Now soup is ready. Enjoy.
