Chocolate Cake with Yogurt and Mascarpone Cream Filling

Let's start making the chocolate cake 😊
In a bowl, crack the eggs, start mixing with an electric mixer, and add the sugar.
Continue mixing while gradually adding the vegetable oil, milk, and flour. Also add the unsweetened cocoa powder and the packet of baking powder. - 2
Pour half of the batter into a well-greased and floured 9-inch (24 cm) cake pan and bake in a preheated convection oven at 340°F (170°C) for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare the filling by simply mixing yogurt and mascarpone in a bowl, ensuring there are no lumps.

After 20 minutes of baking, remove the base from the oven, let it cool slightly, and spread the yogurt and mascarpone cream on top, using a spoon to keep it about half an inch from the edge.
Pour the remaining batter over the top, covering all the cream. - 5
Put it back in the oven and bake the cake for another 25 minutes.
Once baked, let it cool completely before removing it from the pan, then decorate with powdered sugar if desired 😊
