  2. 100 gramsmixed sprout moong
  3. 100 gramskala chana
  4. 100 gramsgreen chana
  5. 20 gmspeas sprout
  6. 2 tspGlucose
  7. 1 tspchat masala
  8. 1 tspflax seed soaked
  9. 1 pcamla murabba finely chopped

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    First in a bowl and add on the hung curd and mix well with the help of a whisker.
