Bottle Gourd Raita
It's tasty side dish.
Steps

Grate the bottle Gourd and squeeze it. Add curd in it. Whisk together. Add mustard daal, jeera powder, and salt.

Mix it well and serve chilled.
As we don't like the strong flavor of mustard, I used daal. If you are fond of the mustard flavor, make a fine paste.
Keep it ready 2 hours before lunch.
