Steps

Take a raw mango peel off and shredded it.

Now take plate put all ingredients in it and mix the yellow mustard, fennel seeds and methi dana and grind it.

Take shredded raw mango add salt mix well.

Take a woke put oil in it heat and add black mustard seeds and fennel seeds in it.

Off the flame cool the oil and later add masalas turmeric powder, red chilli and grind masala.

Mix it all and add raw mango it.

Put it in glass jar after Two days check the pickle.

Note:-mix it regular with spoon, and shake it don't put finger in it.

After two days serve it with roti or parathas or with you favorite food..
