In a vessel put sieve.

Put a muslin cloth or cotton handkerchief on it.

Transfer the curd in it and tie a knot. Put this in the fridge for at least 3 hours till water drains out completely and u get hung curd.

Soak saffron in hot milk and keep it aside.

After 3 hours remove the curd from the fridge and transfer it to a mixing bowl.

Mix the hung curd with a beater till smooth, then add powdered sugar, saffron milk, and Elaichi powder.

Take it in a serving bowl and garnish it with sliced almonds. Serve it cold with puri, thepla, roti, etc...
