Steps

Take all the ingredients.

Add oil to a wok and heat it. Add mustard seeds to the oil band let it crackle. Add green chilies and chopped onions and curry leaves.

Now after the onions are done until translucent add semolina and saute it for 3 mints. Now add salt, turmeric powder, and red chili powder and saute for a while.

Now take 1 and half cup water in a pan and bring it to boil on a medium flame and add lemon juice and sugar to this water. Add this water to the semolina mixture in a wok and cover the wok and allow the upma to be cooked for 5 mnts. Garnish with coriander and enjoy it hot.
