2 cupschilled milk
1 tablespoonSabja seeds
1/2 cupwater
1 cupmixed frozen berries
5 scoopsvanilla ice cream
1 tablespoonberries for garnishing

Soak Sabja seeds in water.

Add roohaafza, milk, 1 scoop vanilla ice cream and berries in a blender.

Pour the blended mixture in two glasses.

Add two ice cream scoops, Sabja seeds and garnish with some berries
