Ingredients

  • 500 grm, potatoes
  • Salt, as taste
  • 1/2tesp, black pepper
  • 1tesp, chilli flakes
  • 2tbsp, fresh cream
  • 3tbsp, mayo
  • 20-25, roll sheets
  • Sullery
  • Plain flour (maida)
  • Water

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a small bowl, add plain flour (maida) and water and make thick paste. Set aside.

    Take another bowl, add boiled and mashed potatoes, salt, black pepper, chilli flakes, coriander seeds, fresh cream and mayo and combine well.

    Take roll sheet, apply sullery and make rolls.
