Ingredients

30 minutes
2 servings
  • Gappa dough as required
  • 3 cupsboiled chickpeas
  • 1boiled potato
  • 2 tbspimli chutney
  • 2 tbspgreen chutney
  • 1/2 cupsweetened yogurt
  • 1 tbspchaat masala
  • Oil for frying

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Make gappa from dough. Flatten with palms

    Deep fry in hot oil like poori

  3. 3

    Now make cholay. Add in all the masalay and chutneys

    Now add pyaz tomatoes and all other toppings
