I like to make whole wheat flour mathri but my observation All-purpose flour mathri is more flaky.

Collect all ingredients together and mix it well. It should be like bread crumbs.

Start adding water by spoon and mix it gently. Don't press too much to form the dough. Give rest for 30 minutes. Divide into equal portions. No need to give perfect round shape.

Just flat it. Prick it with fork. Deep fry on low flame.
