Take samosa Patti,cut in half

Now put one Patti over other and stick with maida glue

Heat oil,once hot enough put the manda Patti squares. Use. A deep ladle spoon to press it from the centre to make katori. Once golden brown staring and take out.

To assemble,put white chaney on it

Now put potatoes,both chutneys and vegetables,Chaat maslaa,garnish with sev and coriander and serve.
