Cooking Instructions

Mashed the potato,

Add butter and cream,
Then add White pepper powder, and salt.

Mix together, and knead well.
Let it cool in fridge half hour then roll it in around 1 inch diameter and again put it in refrigerator.

Cut in cylinder shape, roll in egg then roll in bread crumbs.

Heat the oil. Fry it until golden brown and serve it hot with your favorite sauce.
