Chop the chocolate and melt it with the coconut oil in the microwave or using a double boiler.

Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Add the yolks to the chocolate and coconut oil mixture. Mix well. Add the flour and mix again.

Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gently fold them into the chocolate mixture using a spatula.

Grease 4 muffin ramekins. Fill them with the batter. For extra indulgence, you can add a square of chocolate to each ramekin.

Bake for 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 300°F (150°C).
