Mix 2 teaspoon of salt with maida. And water. Mix it well.

Next kead it for 10 mins. Do it till it get soft.

Next add some oil in the flour.then knead it for 1 min

Soak the flour for 2hrs. Minimum soak for 1.30 hr.

Take the flour after 2 hrs. Then do it as a round. apply some oil. SHOWN IN PICTURE. Soak it for another 2hrs.

After 2 hrs of soak. Spread it. As shown in pic.Nxt fold it.And Make it as a round

Then soak the flour for 15 mins. Then take it and spread. Pour oil in pan then that the Parotta. NOW ITS READY
