Ingredients

  1. 200 gbutter
  2. 65 mlcastor sugar
  3. 125 mlsemolina
  4. 1 3/4 cupflour
  5. Mixed nuts finely chopped
  6. Choc chips
  7. 2 tablespoonmelted butter
  8. 2 tablespoonhoney

    Cream sugar and butter.

    Add semolina and flour,mix well refrigerate for 10-15 mins

    While biscuit mix firming up, mix nuts, butter and honey I er stove until butter and honey melted.cool

  4. 4

    Take biscuit mix out of fridge,cut and fill mini pie tins.Bake 175degrees fir +- 25mins until slightly golden dust with castor sugar enjoy
