Delicious homemade strawberry cookie pie
Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

In a bowl beat eggs until foamy. Add both sugars and flour. Continue to mix. Blend in butter. Stir in the chocolate chips.

Make a bowl type shape with the bottom layer of pie crust.

Spoon batter into the bowl shaped pie crust. Place the frozen strawberries on the batter. Place the top pie crust layer on top.

Place in the oven for an hour. Try serving it with ice cream. Hope you like it☺️

In Lithuania we call it The Lazy - originaly it contains crashed cookies mixed with ganache. But this time, after Christmas Eve I had left overs of some cookies we bake in Lithuania always only for Christmas Eve (flour, poppies, water and yeast). So it fitted perfectly here! Ant the left overs of condesed milk after baking my previous poppie curd cake (which was two months ago 🤦♀️) was also nicely used here! 🎉I have seen some recipes of The Lazy with extra nuts or dried fruts. Curd is also unusual ingridient, though a bit healthier (I use to calm down myself like that) 🙃 In butter mixture could be also added cacao - if pie without chocolate isn’t a pie 🤷♀️I hope proportions are good, because everyting was made on my eye 🤭#pie#cookies#nobaked#no-bake#curd

I was just sitting around hanging out with my BFF (pintrest) when she shared this recipe with me. She got it on spendwithpennies.com. I had to try it out. It was perfect not to sweet or sticky. Only thing I changed was adding the vanilla extract oh and I left off the chocolate. Only because I'm lazy. I hope you enjoy! Don't forget to post a pic.
