Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 453g/1 lb ground meat
  2. 1/2 tspbaking soda
  3. 2 tbspItalian seasoning
  4. 453g/1 lb spaghetti
  5. 4cup/946 ml broth/water
  6. 750g/26 oz tomato sauce
  7. 2-15 ozcans of tomatoes

Cooking Instructions

    Set IP to Saute

    Add ground meat, break it up

  3. 3

    Sprinkle baking soda onto meat, stir together

  4. 4

    Add Italian seasoning

  5. 5

    Saute meat as desired

  6. 6

    Scatter broken spaghetti over meat, this prevents sticking

  7. 7

    Add broth/water

  8. 8

    Pour sauce over spaghetti, do not stir

  9. 9

    Pour tomatoes over spaghetti, do not stir

  10. 10

    Put lid on IP, set to High Pressure, 5 minutes

  11. 11

    Quick release when done

  12. 12

    Stir together
