As the name suggest it is ball pepper biryani, a very easy rice dish to serve with chicken curry or paneer recipes, easy to make and a good change from jeera or steam rice or usual pulao #boxweek5

Wash and keep rice for 30 mins. In a pan put water for boiling add salt and 1 tablespoon oil

Once boiled add rice and cook on high flame till rice is 80% done, strain and remove put cold water on rice keep aside

In another pan heat oil and ghee add whole garam masala, after a minute or two add chopped onions and saute till done

Add ginger garlic paste and fry till raw smell goes now add chopped peppers and stir fry on medium flame so that it retains color and crunch

After 5-6 mins add salt now add rice and toss on medium flame

Check seasoning, cover and cook on low flame for 5 mins you can sprinkle a spoon of water on top to avoid rice from drying.

When its done serve hot with your favourite curry
