Cook the vegetable in a kadai with turmeric powder, salt, tur daal

Dry roast the powders like sambhar powder, coriander powder
3

Once the vegetables are cooked put the roasted powders into it along with tamarind pulp

Seaon the curry with mustard seeds, curryleavesvand dry red chilkies
