1.5 cupdahi
1Chopped onion
1Chopped carrot
1/2beetroot
1/2capsicum
as per tasteSalt
1tomato
as requiredChopped coriander
1 teaspoonred chilli powder

Take suji add curd and mix it keep for 15 minutes

Add chopped veggies and mix well

Add water to make its consistency bit flowy
4

Add salt, red chilli powder, and coriander leaves and mix well
5

Take tawa spread on it and apply bit oil
6

Change its side and let it cook
7

Suji mix veg uttapam ready to serve
