In a bowl crack egg,add milk,butter a whisk. In a different bowl add all d dry ingredients and mix. Add d egg mixture and stir,add water n mix until smooth.

Set ur pan on medium heat,sprinkle some oil and add d mixture. Turn when bottom is golden. Remove when both sides are.

Sauce: Crack eggs in a bowl add salt n whisk then set aside. In a pan add oil followed by sliced onion fry for some minutes then add blended scotch bonnet. Add seasonings and stir fry, pour whisked egg n leave for some seconds or at least 1min then stir.
NOTE:You can add small amount of water if you like n cover for some minutes.
