Ingredients

5 minutes prep time:1 hour
2-4 servings
  • 500 gramsbeetroots
  • 3 glasseswater
  • To toss salad:-
  • 1/4 teaspoonpink Himalayan salt
  • 1/2 teaspoonblack pepper powder (homemade)
  • 3-4 tablespoonsextra virgin olive oil
    For seasoning of oil in salads
  • 2-3 podschopped garlic
  • 1 tablespoonCoriander leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoonsesame seeds for garnishing

Steps

5 minutes prep time:1 hour
  1. 1

    Firstly wash & Peel beetroots and dice them to cubes then add water generously set it on stove on medium flame burner for about an hour until the beet cubes turn tender soft if we prick a cube via fork spoon then it’s done off the flame and let it cool down to room temperature.

    Now it’s ready to toss with some spice strain the beetroot excess water from it can be used as a soup later. Now will add pink Himalayan salt,black pepper powder,chopped garlic cloves and olive oil toss it well.

    Lastly garnish with sesame seeds and coriander leaves and serve it.our deliciously awesome Mediterranean beet salad is ready to relish…!

Tips

For seasoning of oil in salads

For preparing salads always use extra virgin olive oil or mustard oil it enhances the taste of salads too and it’s healthy.
