Chapati
My love for chapatis makes me push forward everyday
Steps
- 1
In a bowl mix flour and salt to your preferred taste.
- 2
Add water and mix to make a soft dough.
Add a little oil and continue working on it until nothing is sticking to your hand - 3
Let it rest in a cool place for one hour while covered
- 4
Cut the dough into small balls
- 5
Roll each ball to some chapati shape and apply some oil. Then fold it back to a ball again repeat this process to all balls
- 6
Heat your pan
Roll one ball at a time, to a perfect chapati shape. Place on a pan, dry one side at a time for at least 30 seconds.
Apply oil on both sides and fly until brown - 7
Serve to your preference
