  • 1 cupBesan
  • 1 cuprice powder
  • 1 tspGinger chilli paste
  • 1 cupcurd
  • 1 cupSliced onions
  • 2 tspSalt

    Mix all ingredients. Add water too. Set aside for 20min.

    Check consistency.. should b bit thin like dosa batter. Heat the pan add ladle full of batter. Apply oil and cook on low flame first 2 to 3min. Then put on high flame. Once brown flip and cook. Chilla will be crispy n tasty.
