Ingredients

40 minutes
  • 200 gMashed Pumpkin
  • 100 ccPlain Soymilk
  • 75 gCoconut Cream
  • 40 gLight brown sugar
  • 1 tbspCornstarch
  • 1 tspAgar
  • DashCinnamon Powder
  • 1 pinchSalt
  • Raisin Adjust to suit your needs

Steps

40 minutes
  1. 1

    Preheat an oven to 170℃

  2. 2

    Put all ingredients instead of raisin into a bowl, and blend them with a hand blender.

  3. 3

    Then add the raisin and mix.

  4. 4

    Put the pumpkin dough in a mold. Then bake it in 170℃ oven for 30 minutes.
