Boneless Chicken Filling

#weekmulticolour
This filling can be a fabulous idea for many an important Snacks and Brunch options. Here in this, I have used Chicken cubes. The spices can be altered according to one's own preference. A multipurpose filling or stuffing that can be prepared and stored for more than four days if kept in the freezer. And can be kept for a day or two in the Chill tray section in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
Nevertheless it's done quickly, but sometimes, like as in the Month of Ramadan, it becomes handy to use whenever required. It's like a boon. Especially for large families or close knit families where we need to cook on a large scale. I have already shared Chicken Matar Kheema also which is a lovely option for filling.

Steps
- 1
Heat Oil and saute Onions until light golden in colour on a low heat. Also add Garlic and Ginger both along with chopped Spring Onions. Now add Chicken cubes. Saute until the raw smell fades away.
- 2
Along with it add the other Veggies and the ingredients mentioned. Saute all on a medium high heat until crisp and done. Squeeze some Lemon juice on top. Adjust Salt at this stage and garnish with lots of chopped Coriander Leaves.
- 3
Stir fry all of that on a low to medium high heat. Cover for a couple of minutes if required. Otherwise there is no need at all. As it is actually a stir fry, it's better to keep stirring and have a vigilant eye on it. If not, the Veggies might leave water and the whole texture will be spoilt. So always keep that in mind.
- 4
Use it as a filling in Samosas, Kachoris, Momos, Non-Veg Patties, Sandwiches, Frankies and Rolls. The choices are pretty much endless. Enjoy!
