Steps

Wash ginger and dry completely.

Peel the garlic cloves.Chop the ginger to small pieces

Add all the ingredients in mortar.

Crush them with the help of pestle until it takes the form of paste.

Add 1 tbsp oil in it so that the paste will preserve well.
- 6
Refrigerate in an air tight container or freeze it like ice cubes.When needed,use dry spoon to scoop out a little.
