A delicious Paneer recipe cooked without onion and garlic.
Steps

Wash paneer in lukewarm water. Coat with salt and turmeric powder. Fry them golden and set them aside.

Chop the tomato into slices. Make a paste with ginger.

Take curd in a Bowl. Add turmeric powder. Transfer the mixture to a blender. Make paste.

Temper oil in a pan with 1 Dry red Chilli. Put the paste of tomato and ginger first. Add salt to taste. Stir for few minutes.

Add curd Paste next. Add Gur to taste. Lower the flame and cook till the raw smell of masala goes away.

Add water once masala gets cooked. Add fried paneer cubes. Cook for few minutes.
