Take besan, semolina lemon juice green chilli and ginger paste curd salt in a bowl and mix well with no lumps.
Add eno and stir in one direction for one mint when size will increase transfer it to greased pan. And place in steamer for 10 to 12 mints on medium flame. Check with knife or tooth pick if it come out clean its cooked. - 2
Take out from streamer in a plate after 5 mint let it cool and cut it into pieces. Now in pan heat oil add cumin and mustard seeds hing curry leaves slit green chillies add 3/4 cup water sugar bring it to boil pour it on each piece of dhokla nicely garnish with coriander leaves and fresh gratted coconut.
