Spicy cassava fries
Steps

Peel, wash and cut your cassava

Place cassava in your sufuria add spices 1 tbs each and let it boil for 15 to 20 min or until well cooked

Remove from water and let them cool. You can chop them to your desired size for frying

Add oil to your skillet and fry your till they brown.

Serve with with kachumbari or salad of your choice
