Ingredients

  1. 100 gramsFlour (all-purpose flour)
  2. 1whole egg
  3. 1 pinchSalt

Steps

    In a bowl, beat the egg and salt, add the flour, and knead well.

    Once the dough comes together, wrap with plastic wrap and let it rest for about an hour.

    Dust the working surface and rolling pin with plenty of flour, and roll out the dough thinly (when the pasta is cooked, they will become thicker).

    Flour the pasta again, fold it into thirds, and cut into your desired width strips.

    Lightly loosen up the pasta, and they are ready.

    Make many variations. Twist from both ends to make this elegant pasta.
