In a bowl, beat the egg and salt, add the flour, and knead well.

Dust the working surface and rolling pin with plenty of flour, and roll out the dough thinly (when the pasta is cooked, they will become thicker).

Flour the pasta again, fold it into thirds, and cut into your desired width strips.
