Cooking Instructions
- 1
Peel the potatoes and cut in half.
- 2
Next boil the potatoes as normal with a pinch of salt in the water. Normally takes about 12-15 from boiling point to cook.
- 3
In the meantime start making the sauce.
- 4
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan on a medium heat.
- 5
Add the garlic to the pan and lightly fry for a minute.
- 6
Reduce temperature to low and add the chilli, salt, stock cube (crumble into the pan with your fingers), whiskey and beer. Simmer down for 3-4 minutes (less time required if you prefer the sauce thinner). Stir often.
- 7
Add the chopped coriander. Cook between 1-2 minutes. Stirring often.
- 8
Remove from the heat and set aside.
- 9
When potatoes are done drain well.
- 10
Pour the sauce over the potatoes, mix well and serve.

To prepare this recipe I chose a special selection beer made with real pumpkin and spices, it seemed a very appropriate beer for this special time of the year, I combined it with a side of baked squash topped with Parmesan cheese. The bitter touch of the beer made with the real pumpkin and spices mixed with the cream achieve a very tasty sauce that combines perfectly with the sweet of the squash side. The indescribable aroma in my kitchen no less than the delicious flavor made this recipe a Rosanas Ideas -
