Prepare the ingredients by peeling and chopping the beets.

Place the beets and honey in a blender and blend until crushed. Then add water and the probiotic drink, and blend until smooth. I used a Thermomix at speed 6 for 6 seconds; then added water and the probiotic drink and blended at speed 6-8 for 1 minute.

Pour the blended beet juice into a glass. Straining is optional, depending on your preference. The delicious juice is ready to enjoy, either chilled in the fridge or right away.
