Ingredients

  • 2Romaine lettuce small
  • 1 lbGround beef
  • 0.5 cupchopped onion
  • 3sweet peppers chopped (orange, red, yellow)
  • 4 handfulsTortilla chips
  • 4 tbspsour cream
  • 1 cupRefried beans
  • 4medium chopped tomatoes (or 1 cup of cherry tomatoes)
  • 0.5 cupmozzarella cheese
  • Salsa

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook the onions with the sweet peppers until crisp

  2. 2

    Add the meat, salt and pepper as wanted. Let it cook.

  3. 3

    Mix the lettuce and tomatoes, and add the cooked beef on top.

  4. 4

    Add 2 spoonfuls of beans, 1 spoonful of sour cream, 1 handful of crushed tortilla chips and cheese as wanted.

    Top with your favorite salsa or dressing.
